Processing refunds

To refund a transaction, simply login and go to Reporting > Transaction Report, find the payment using the cardholder's name or transaction number, and click Actions > Refund Transaction. You will have the opportunity to update the card's expiry date and to choose the amount to be refunded.

Process manual transactions

eWAY makes it easy to take payments over the phone, via fax or in person. Just login to MYeWAY, go to Payments > Manual Transaction and type in the customer's credit card details.
